Where a company has a Server, we recommend one of our tailored maintenance contracts This will entitle your organisation to unlimited access to our support team who are available to manage your IT issues, from a problem with hardware, operating systems, or 3rd party software to give advice on networking and communications

PIBS Solutions network support and maintenance service is available on and off site, depending on the demands and needs of your business.

Our qualified support specialists use a selection of business/network software to install, configure and optimise your computer network to facilitate communications and file sharing. We will oversee the security of all systems (in particular internet access) and install cutting edge antivirus protection as necessary.

Whether you need a fully outsourced IT support service provider, or you just a need an IT support provider to give you remote support, PIBS can help you.

As our business model is tailored and aimed towards Small Business to Medium Based Businesses we extend our IT Support services from 9AM – 9PM on a non-premium rate for all our Pay as You Go Clients.

Many organisations don't feel happy about committing to an annual contract, especially if their support requirements are small. PIBS are happy to provide our expertise on an informal basis charged at an hourly rate.

If you require a callout one of our engineers will be on site within a reasonable amount of time to resolve.

Our in house support team may also provide you with a remote solution which can eliminate the requirement for a site visit.
